Tuna Industrial Platform is not one large piece of software. You bring in the factory visibility, production intelligence, and shop-floor connectivity layers separately, according to what you need.
What the platform does
- Visibility
- Brings the status of the factory, each line, and each machine onto one screen in real time. Which machine is running and which is stopped is visible at a glance.
- Plan vs. actual
- Places the production plan next to actual output. Where the gap between target and result comes from becomes something you can follow.
- Loss analysis
- OEE, downtime and its causes, scrap, and quality results collect in one place. Loss can be examined by shift and by machine.
- Material tracking
- Material consumption is recorded, and deviation from the standard recipe becomes visible.
- Management reporting
- Produces management summaries by shift, day, and period. The same data is presented so it reads at a glance.
- Tuna Intelligence
- An AI layer that answers production questions from factory data is added to the same platform at a later stage.
You keep your existing ERP
Tuna Industrial Platform is designed to integrate with ERP systems such as Logo, Netsis, SAP, and ERPNext. The goal is not to replace your existing enterprise system but to exchange data with it.
The shop-floor visibility and production intelligence layer sits on top of your current system. We do not ask a customer to give up a working ERP.
How we connect machines
Tuna Edge is a lightweight component that runs on the shop floor. It collects machine and PLC data, transmits it securely, holds the data locally when the connection drops, and sends the backlog once the connection returns.
Rather than rewriting low-level protocol stacks from scratch, it combines industrial connectivity methods that are already proven in the field. This shortens setup time and lowers risk.
How AI helps
Tuna Intelligence aims to answer questions grounded in actual factory data: why the day is behind target, which machine caused the most loss, which product has the highest scrap rate.
This capability is introduced in stages rather than all at once. Every answer is designed so it can be traced back to the measurement it rests on.
