Who it is for

The platform is being designed for mid-to-large manufacturing companies that run at least one production line or cell. The focus is companies that want shop-floor visibility and production intelligence without replacing their existing ERP.

Food manufacturing, plastics and composites, CNC and metal machining, machine building, and general discrete manufacturing are the priority areas.

The problem we solve

Most manufacturers cannot see, reliably and in real time, what is actually happening in their factory. Which machine is down, why it is down, where the gap between plan and actual comes from, and where scrap occurs are often unclear.

Digital maturity assessments diagnose these gaps well, but a large execution gap remains between the diagnosis and a working system. Tuna Industrial Platform exists to close that gap, turning the needs surfaced in an assessment into a working digital factory experience.

How we approach it

Reusable product

The approach is built on a reusable product. Most capability is reused for every customer, and customer-specific development is kept to a small share.

Existing ERP

Existing enterprise systems are preserved. Tuna Industrial Platform is designed to integrate with a working ERP rather than replace it, and adds the shop-floor layer on top.

Narrow pilot

Work starts with a narrow pilot: one production area and 3-10 machines. Once pilot success criteria are met, scope expands on the same platform without a fresh setup.

Security and current status

Tuna Industrial Platform is currently in product discovery and architecture; production software development has not started.

Security controls (tenant isolation, authentication, authorization, auditability, and encryption) are in the design stage and are not yet implemented. The legal texts (KVKK notice, privacy, cookies, and terms of use) are published as drafts.
