HOW WE WORK

We turn a DDX assessment into a working digital factory

Our method starts with an independent DDX assessment, becomes concrete as a Solution Blueprint within 48-72 hours, and reaches the floor through a narrow pilot.

Diagnosis to execution

For most manufacturers, digital transformation is not a diagnosis problem. Assessments like DDX map the visibility gaps on the floor, the priority problems, and the target state accurately.

The hard part is the execution gap between that diagnosis and a working system. Tuna Project's job is to close that gap, turning the needs surfaced by DDX into a working digital factory experience.

From DDX to execution

  1. DDX independent assessment

DDX is a digital maturity assessment and it is run independently. It sets out the current state, the priority problems, and the target state. That output is not a software specification, it is where execution starts.

  2. Solution Blueprint within 48-72 hours

Tuna Project takes the DDX output and turns it into a concrete Solution Blueprint within 48-72 hours. The document shows which Tuna Industrial Platform capabilities are brought in, with which integrations, in what pilot scope, and on what timeline.

  3. Narrow pilot (1 area, 3-10 machines)

The pilot scope is deliberately narrow: one production area, 3-10 machines, and a limited set of users. Once discovery and the data and connectivity assessment are complete, that scope can start within a short time. The exact duration is confirmed after discovery.

  4. Scaling up

Once the pilot success criteria are met, scope expands on the same platform. Moving to additional lines, to added capabilities such as quality and maintenance, or to other sites happens without a fresh setup.

Two separate documents

The DDX recommendation and Tuna Project's commercial recommendation are separate, traceable documents. The two are never conflated.

That separation keeps the assessment independent and makes it possible to trace which need came from which source.
