1. Parties and scope

This website is operated by Tuna Project Global Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Tuna Project", "we") (see COMPANY_FACT_SHEET.md). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Nature of the site — informational

The site is provided to present Tuna Project and the Tuna Industrial Platform product, for product discovery and commercial communication. Content is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, commitment or advisory service. Final commercial scope, price, deployment design, implementation timing and operational responsibilities are set only in separate written agreements signed by the parties.

3. Demo environment — synthetic-data notice

The Tuna Industrial Platform demo accessible via the site uses synthetic / simulated factory data generated by a Factory Simulator. The demo: does not represent a real customer deployment, real machine/ERP integration or real production data; shows a subset of product capabilities and may not reflect all features, performance or behaviour in a customer environment; and its analytics/insight examples (including "Tuna Intelligence" content) are for illustration and are not real predictive output. Demo data must never be used for real operational decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: use the site for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose; attempt unauthorised access or to bypass security measures; interfere with service availability (overload, automated scanning/scraping, malicious code); submit misleading, defamatory, rights-infringing or unlawful content through forms or other channels; or reproduce, republish or commercially exploit site content without permission.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, site text, design, graphics, logos (including "Tuna Project", "Tuna Industrial Platform") and original materials belong to Tuna Project or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. "Tuna Industrial Platform" and related marks are undergoing trademark registration. You may not use them beyond lawful and permitted use.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that content is always complete, current or fit for every use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. This clause does not govern liability under contractual product/service relationships, which are subject to their own agreements.

8. Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or remove site content and features without prior notice. We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with its effective date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes. (Where a transaction qualifies as a consumer transaction, mandatory jurisdiction rules in favour of the consumer are reserved — pending legal confirmation.)
